Controlled Temperatures, Inc. provides after hour emergency service for homeowners.  Our technicians are factory trained and are fully qualified to provide you with quick and efficient service for Heat Pumps,  Gas or Oil Furnaces and Boilers, Gas or Electric Water Heaters as well as any of your system accessories.  We specialize in keeping your family comfortable in your home. Our goal is to keep your system running well for as long as possible by offering quality repair.

Every repair service call begins with a thorough diagnostic evaluation to properly assess the needs of your equipment. Once properly diagnosed, Controlled Temperatures will explain the issue and give you an estimated cost of your AC repair.

• Common AC and heating repairs we address:
• Strange noises coming from the air conditioner or heater
• Utility bills are increasing every month
• House not warming up or cooling when the system is on
• Uneven temperatures; some rooms are too cold, other rooms are too warm
• The AC system comes on and off too frequently
• Indoor air temperature doesn’t match thermostat setting
• Blower does not turn off – always running

All of these problems are fixable. 

If your system is broken, we'll fix it. If it is no longer fixable, we will help you replace it.  It is our goal to achieve total customer satisfaction on every project, guaranteed.

If your system is working, we will help you keep it that way for as long as possible with our Preventive Maintenance Contracts.  

It's important to have your systems checked out before each season. A Technician can fix small problems before they become large ones as well as prevent problems from occurring. To keep your system operating at its peak efficiency, it's important to keep up routine maintenance. Controlled Temperatures offers maintenance contracts that are rendered 2 to 4 times per year. Service is performed Monday through Friday during regular business hours.

Our contract entitles you to benefits from our 16 point precision tune-up. A few of the things that our technician will perform are:

• Changing filters and belts
• Cleaning pre-filters and electric cells for electronic air cleaners
• Cleaning and lubricating evaporator and condensing motors
• Checking all freon charges for proper and efficient operation
• Start up and shut down of humidifiers
• Checking all thermostats for proper operation

If during a routine maintenance there are any parts or devices that need to be replaced to maintain and/or repair the system we well supply and install such items after receiving a verbal agreement from the customer authorizing the work.  These unexpected repairs will be invoiced at current labor rates and cost of parts.  

When you purchase a Preventative Maintenance Contract you become a "Preferred Customer" which means you automatically receive a 10% discount on all parts and labor charges.
